How to Claim Your New ePassport

Before you check below whether your passport is already available for release, read first what you need to do to claim your new ePassport either in person or through a representative.

CLAIMING YOUR NEW ePASSPORT

To claim your new ePassport, please make sure to:

bring your current passport (whether still valid or already expired), and
the receipt issued to you when you applied for the new ePassport

CLAIM BY REPRESENTATIVE

If you are unable to claim your new passport in person, a representative may do so on your behalf provided that he or she presents the following:

signed authorization letter from you;
photocopy of your passport data page;
current passport (for cancellation);
and the receipt issued to you

WE ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS TO RELEASE A NEW PASSPORT UNLESS THE CURRENT PASSPORT IS PRESENTED FOR CANCELLATION.

Bago ninyo tingnan sa ibaba kung dumating na ba ang inyong bagong pasaporte, basahin niyo muna kung paano ang pagkuha ng inyong bagong pasaporte, personal man o sa pamamagitan ng isang kinatawan.

PAGKUHA NG INYONG BAGONG PASAPORTE

Para makuha ninyo ang inyong bagong pasaporte:

dalhin ninyo ang inyong kasalukuyang pasaporte (may bisa pa man o nag-expire na), at
ang resibo na ibinigay sa inyo noong kumuha kayo ng bagong pasaporte.

PAGKUHA SA PAMAMAGITAN NG KINATAWAN

Kung hindi ninyo makuha nang personal ang inyong bagong pasaporte, maaari kayong magtalaga ng kinatawan na dapat dala ang sumusunod:

pirmadong pahintulot mula sa inyo;
kopya ng personal na detalye sa pasaporte;
kasalukuyang pasaporte (upang makansela ito);
at ang resibo na ibinigay sa inyo

SA ILALIM NG MGA KASALUKUYANG PATAKARAN, HINDI NAMIN MAARING IBIGAY ANG BAGONG PASAPORTE HANGGANG HINDI IPINAKANSELA SA AMIN ANG KASALUKUYAN O LUMANG PASAPORTE.
