01 April 2025, Guam - The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam (Agana PCG) received its first applicant for pre-enrollment for internet voting at its designated kiosk in the Consulate premises on 28 March 2025. Type https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll in your device browser to open the Pre-Voting Enrollment page or Scan the QR code using your mobile device. Pre-Voting Enrollment will be open for Registered Filipino Overseas Voters for the 2025 Philippine National Elections until 07 May 2025.
