Consular Officers have the duty to ensure that every application satisfies the documentary requirements to establish the identity and citizenship of the applicant, and will exercise their prerogative to require additional supporting documents to ensure that personal details are accurate and correct, pursuant to the Philippine Passport Law (R.A. 8239) and the Foreign Service Act (R.A. 7157).
Book an appointment online before you personally appear at the Consular Section for your passport renewal.
Download the ePassport Application Form and completely fill in all required personal information.
Get two (2) photocopies of: (a) passport data page; and (b) proof that you are not a naturalized citizen of a foreign country.
Double check that you have all the required documents (original and photocopies) and arrange in a folder.
Show up as scheduled on the confirmed date and time of your online appointment and bring all the requirements.
Submit the folder with your documents when called to the counter for your turn. These will be evaluated for completeness.
When your documents are found to be in order, go to the Cashier for assessment and payment of fees.
Present your receipt at the Passport Counter for validation. You will then be processed for biometric capture and data encoding.
Fill up and submit the client feedback form and you are done!
