The Philippine Consulate General in Guam wishes to inform overseas Filipino voters that per COMELEC Minute Resolution No. 24-0067, the mode of overseas voting in Guam including its consular jurisdictions of Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands is internet/online voting.

If your name is on the list, your voter record is ACTIVE under the Consulate. You must pre-enroll using your email address once pre-enrollment starts on 10 March 2025, before you can vote online for the 2025 National Elections.
For internet voting, registered voters will need to Pre-enroll and their email address is required. The Pre-enrollment of registered voters will commence on 10 March 2025, while Overseas Voting period will start on 13 April 2025 and will end on 12 May 2025, 7 PM Philippine Time. END
