Eskwelahang Munti ng Guam Reopens at Sentro Rizal Agana


24 September 2024, Guam - Consul General Rosario P. Lemque of the Philippine Consulate General in Guam paid a courtesy call on Archbishop Ryan P. Jimenez of the Archdiocese of Agana at the Archbishop’s Chancery on 20 September 2024.

 

Archbishop Jimenez expressed his appreciation to the undersigned for the visit. He also thanked the Consulate General for its continued support to the Archdiocese.

 

Consul General Lemque lauded Archbishop Jimenez for being the first Filipino Archbishop in Guam. She signified the Consulate’s interest in collaborating with the Archdiocese on future projects not only for the benefit of the Filipino community but also for the welfare of the local community on the island and its neighboring territories. DFA-Maritime and Oceanic Affairs Office’s Deputy Assistant Secretary Maria Elena Cristina Maningat participated virtually during the event to share more information about the Philippines’ efforts in advocating a rules-based international maritime regime and the country’s commitment to the peaceful resolution of disputes in the South China Sea.

Mr. Felimon A. Feliciano, Jr., Project Evaluation Officer of the DENR-BMB also participated virtually in the event and provided the introduction to the documentary.
