Step 1: I-download at sagutan ang OVF-1.
Step 2: Ipadala sa ov.concerns@comelec.gov.ph ang inyong OVF-1 at kopya ng Philippine passport.
Step 3: Maghintay ng sagot mula sa COMELEC para sa susunod na hakbang.
