The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam joins the nation in celebrating the 43rd National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week, 17 - 23 July 2021, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1870 (1970), as amended by Proclamation No. 361 (2000) and Administrative Order No. 35 (2002).
The theme for this year’s NDPR Week is “Kalusugan at Kaunlaran ng Pilipinong May Kapansanan, Isulong sa Gitna ng Pandemya", which will focus on the health and economic empowerment of PWDs during this time of COVID-19 pandemic.
